Blakemore Hyde Park - London

Its location was marvellous, to Queensway tube station, and in a busy area. Also, such main attraction as Tesco Express was 2 km from this hotel.

Very good service, air conditioned club queen room with the bedroom, comfy bed, as example. Exceptionally nice location, close to an underground station. Found in a nice quiet area.

Lovely hotel, lovely helpful staff and very friendly

Air conditioning as although only March as the room was south facing and it was sunny,

Units with a bath. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was YUMMY. The location was easy and brilliant in a nice area, not far from Hyde Park, local attractions, and shops.

A good place to start from to visit London. And in de neighbourhood of a friend,

The staff is practical not very guest friendly.

Its at a great location, just everything at a walking distance and we consider staying again at Blakemore on our next trip.

No comments, its was very nice hotel to stay on and my husband and I had a wonderful stay there,

Take advantage of the charming bar area for evening drinks. it's a great way to relax and socialize.

Location

The description of the hotel says 'partly re-furbished in 2009', but what it doesn't tell you is that is currently being re-furbished. Worked started at 8.30 and was exceptionally noisey. We booked 2 double rooms which were really singles they were so small. They were really old, tired and smelly. My colleague had to move rooms as the light had fell from the ceiling and was all over the room. He was then moved to a room right above a tube station. I would never stay here again !!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpfull especialy the bar and resurant

The resturant and bar wre poorly stocked. One of the bottles of wine served was a tescos own brand

Like the quiet vicinity and convenience near to metro. Like the newly renovated room with stylish bath room settings. Like the wide varietis of continental breakfast served.

The main reception area could be upgraded to tally with newly renovated rooms settings. Would have been added value by providing slippers.

Lovely quiet hotel, ideal for what we needed.

The room was well-appointed, had bespoke furniture.

Great hotel, easy access to london underground. Room was really nice, air conditioned, really comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly.

The location was fab very easy to access all of londons sights. The hotel was a very high standard and the staff were all helpfull with a warming approach. The food was good quality, we ate breakfast and evening meal at the hotel, they delivered a good choice of foods. We arrived to be told we had been up graded to a club room which was a lovely suprise as it was our 25th wedding anniversary. We will return there as the experience was lovely.

The Staff were very helpful in providing information and in arranging storage of baggage for late departure from the hotel. Breakfasts were very good but could have included a selection of fresh fruits.

The King size bed took up too much space in the bedroom. a Queen size bed would be more appropriate for the size of room we had.

The hotel offers a lovely ambiance with spacious rooms and a friendly staff. A positive experience with some room for improvement.
